Not receiving Password Reset Email

If you have requested a password reset, but are not seeing that in your email or in the SPAM/JUNK folder, it may be that you have a work email or specialized email provider (eg john@johnsmith.com)

These types of private company domains, and secondary domain email services are often overly restrictive and will unintentionally block many emails from coming through. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, so we recommend the following:

  • Use a more established email provider (eg Gmail)
  • If you registered with FanDraft with one of these types of email addresses, re-register with the new conventional email service (eg Gmail) at https://fandraft.app/register
  • If you are joining a league remotely, have your commissioner REVOTE the initial invite, and then have them send the invite to your new email address.
