Owners Not Receiving Invite Emails
You may have misspelled their email address in the invite.
Double-check with the owners that haven't received their invite the spelling of their email address, and that you entered it correctly in FanDraft.
Confirm with the owner that the email address is correct
You may be using an old, outdated, or misspelled email address. Contact your owner and confirm the email address and spelling.
The emails may be landing in their email JUNK/SPAM folder.
Inform the owners that haven't received their invite to check their email Spam/Junk folder, and/or search for emails from "draft@fandraft.app"
Owner doesn't have a personalized email domain (eg john@johnsmith.com)
These types of secondary domain email services are often overly restrictive and will unintentionally block a lot of emails from coming through. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, so we recommend the following:
- Use a more established email provider (eg Gmail)
If you registered with FanDraft with one of these types of email addresses, re-register with the new conventional email service (eg Gmail) at https://fandraft.app/register
