Trouble uploading logos

If you are having issues uploading team logos or other images, the problem is due to the size of the file you are attempting to upload:

1. Downsize the file image, and make sure it is less than 2 megs in size.

   This can be accomplished by changing the width and height to 400 pixels

   
   

2. Use a compatible file format

   Compatible image formats are PNG, JPG, or GIF

   
   

3. Have an equal image size ratio.

   If your image is 350 pixels width, make sure it is 350 pixels height

   Our recommendation is to use 400x400 images, in either PNG, JPG, or GIF format.
